Many first-time custom orders require proof approval before production. If a proof is needed, we contact you using the order email before production begins.
Printed cup orders include an additional plate charge per color, per size, on top of case pricing. Design assistance and custom mold/tooling are quoted when required — exact amounts are included in your quote.
Bulk cup orders only. No individual custom cups or sub-case orders are available today. Current printed minimums are 30 cases for 1-2 colors and 50 cases for 3-6 colors. Case packs vary by size: 1,000 (9oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz), 600 (24oz), and 300 (32oz). A new printer is scheduled for October 2026 and is expected to lower the minimum to one case (1,000 cups for 12 oz); that option is not available yet.
Cup freight is reviewed separately based on destination, pallet count, and order size. We typically use palletized LTL shipping for cup orders.
Next-week production is not available for custom cups. Production timing depends on artwork readiness, quantity, proof approval, and freight review, and is confirmed in the quote before invoicing.
The online designer currently supports PNG, JPEG, and WebP artwork uploads. If you need help with production files or source artwork, use our contact form before ordering.
Yes. Printed cup pricing uses volume tiers at 30, 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000+ cases, with prices varying by cup size and number of print colors (1-6).
