Choose your product, upload your artwork in the designer, review the configuration, and complete checkout. We review custom orders before production begins.
Many first-time custom orders require proof approval before production. If a proof is needed, we contact you using the order email before production begins.
Printed cup orders include an additional plate charge of $100 per color, per size, added on top of case pricing.
Printed cups: 30 cases (1-2 colors) or 50 cases (3-6 colors). Case packs vary by size: 1,000 (9oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz), 600 (24oz), 300 (32oz). Some capacities have multiple rim variants.
Cup freight is quoted separately based on destination, pallet count, and order size. We typically use palletized LTL shipping for cup orders.
Production timing varies by product, artwork readiness, quantity, and whether proof approval or freight review is required. We confirm order details by email when needed before production begins.
The online designer currently supports PNG, JPEG, and WebP artwork uploads. If you need help with production files or source artwork, contact ops@fatpenguinusa.com before ordering.
Yes. Printed cup pricing uses volume tiers at 30, 50, 100, and 200+ cases, with prices varying by cup size and number of print colors (1-6).
