How We Use Information

We use your information to process orders, generate proofs, coordinate manufacturing, answer customer questions, prevent abuse, and improve site reliability and performance.

Design File Handling

Uploaded design files and exported print assets may be stored in cloud storage and order systems so our production team and approved manufacturing partners can fulfill your order. Production assets may use unlisted HTTPS URLs that are accessible to the systems and partners needed to print the order.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment data subject to its own privacy terms.

Data Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the business: payment providers, cloud hosting/storage, shipping carriers, and manufacturing/printing partners for active orders.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Abandoned pre-checkout design files may be reviewed for deletion after 30 days when they are not referenced by an order. Completed-order and referenced artwork records are retained as needed for fulfillment, accounting, legal obligations, and customer service, then may be removed when they are no longer required.
