Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability, review, and acceptance. Pricing, shipping, and production timing may vary by product type and order details. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.

Artwork and Content Rights

You represent that you have rights to upload and print submitted artwork. You grant us and our production partners a limited license to store, process, and reproduce submitted files solely to fulfill your order.

Proofs, Color, and Production Variance

Digital previews are for mockup visualization. Minor variance between on-screen previews and final printed output can occur due to material, ink, and production differences.

Cancellations and Returns

Custom orders may not be eligible for return once production begins. Cancellation or change requests must be submitted promptly and are subject to production status and applicable fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fat Penguin USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or custom product services.
