Foam Board Print Sizes for Events

One full-sheet size: 48 × 96 inches

Fat Penguin prints foam boards at one size: a 48 × 96 inch full sheet, which is 4 by 8 feet, with full-bleed printing from edge to edge. Boards have no minimum order, so one sign can be ordered for a single event.

Choose the material for the setting

Foam board, in 1/8 inch or 3/16 inch, is rigid printed foam for event signage, retail displays, cutout standees, and presentation graphics. Coroplast, in 4 mm or 10 mm, is corrugated plastic for lightweight outdoor or temporary signs, with the flute running across the 48 inch side. Gatorfoam, in 3/16 inch or 1/2 inch, is a premium rigid board for dimensional signage and standees.

Design at full size

Set the file to 48 × 96 inches and keep important text clear of the edges. If a standee needs a cut shape, mark the cut in the file and keep the cut line away from text. The proof names the material, thickness, size, and orientation before production.
